You are responsible for maintaining accurate vendor, entity, and GL configuration within the platform. You agree not to upload malicious content or use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws.
BillRoute's AI-powered GL coding is designed to assist in accurate invoice classification. While we strive for high accuracy, users should review AI-suggested codes as part of their approval workflow. BillRoute is not liable for coding errors that pass through user-configured approval processes.
Customers retain ownership of all invoice data, financial records, and processing history generated through the BillRoute platform. BillRoute may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality and AI model accuracy.
BillRoute strives to maintain high availability for our platform. While we target continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or scheduled maintenance windows.
BillRoute integrates with supported ERP and property management systems. While we maintain these integrations, changes to third-party APIs may temporarily affect synchronization. BillRoute will make reasonable efforts to resolve integration issues promptly.
